The Alfa Romeo Brera was shown to the public in 2002 and was well received. Nevertheless, not many more than 20,000 units would be made over the entire production period and the Brera would remain a rare sight in the Netherlands. The Alfa Romeo Brera would be marketed alongside the Alfa Romeo Spider. Both models are “Grand Tourer” models, which mainly means spacious cars with room for people in the front and back seats. This could be due to the higher entry price since they are premium models, but it should be clear that Alfa Romeo was not cheering when interest proved highly moderate.

And that is the award for one of the most disappointing, strange advertisements ever, suggesting that this model was not yet in production and could not yet be shown on the road.
