ARTICLE 2 - PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE

Payments for orders or orders can be made to the mechanic upon delivery or assembly of the car window with PIN or cash, or you can make the payment in advance via iDEAL, Bancontact or SOFORT Banking. Orders from abroad that cannot be delivered in person must be settled with iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking or bank transfer prior to transport. Online payments are received by NIVI B. V. on behalf of Autoglas Concurrent's implementing partner. All payments (PIN, cash or online payments) are entirely in favour of the executing and FOCWA certified partner who will issue the receipt and guarantee certificate. Our collaborating partners provide a 4-year FOCWA warranty on the work carried out. The warranty is not transferable if you change the nameholder of your car.

On delivery of the car window and in so far as it is not replaced by our technicians, you should check the window for any (transport) damage such as scratches and/or glass breakage. Any (transport) damage must be reported immediately to the mechanic or deliverer. If you notice any form of (transport) damage on the car window after the mechanic or deliverer has left the delivery address, no further warranty can be given.

ARTICLE 3 - OWNERSHIP RIGHT

Until the entire invoice amount has been paid, the goods delivered and/or assembled remain the property of Autoglas Concurrent and/or its collaborating partners. Autoglas Concurrent and/or its collaborating partners are permitted to take in the delivered and/or assembled goods without notice as long as the goods and/or services have not been paid for in full.

ARTICLE 4 - VALIDITY PRICES

The prices on this website are based on the cheapest supplier. If a car window is no longer in stock at the relevant supplier, a new offer will be made based on the price of another supplier. You have the possibility to waive your order and sit until the car window is delivered and possibly mounted to no payment obligation attached.

ARTICLE 5 - LIABILITY NOT ORDERED LIST, RUBBER AND/OR CLIPS

Some car windows also require replacement of the frame and/or rubber as well as any clips. Autoglas Concurrent indicates this on the respective car window by means of the recommended items. If you do not order these recommended items from your car window, this is entirely at your own risk. The old frames, rubbers and/or clips cannot always be used again. The car window is then fitted without any new or reusable frame, rubber and/or clips. In this case, you remain obliged to pay for the new car window and the installation. As this website is still under construction, not all lists, rubber and/or clips have yet been listed as recommended items on the relevant car window. In this case, our collaborating partners will inform you that a new list, rubber and/or clip is/are required when replacing your car window. If, despite our advice, you do not want to order this new list, rubber and/or clips, this is your own risk. Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners can under no circumstances bear the additional costs for a new list, rubber and/or clips at their own expense.

ARTICLE 6 - DAMAGE CAR

By accepting these general terms and conditions, you declare that the car whose windscreen needs to be replaced is not a (former) damage car. If you do have an accident car in which, for example, the rebate, A-pillar (s) and/or roof have been deformed or deformed, Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners cannot guarantee leakage. There is also a risk that if damage to the rebounding, A-pillar (s) and/or the roof has been repaired, it will not be restored to its original condition and the new car window will be placed under tension in the frame. In this case, there is a risk of a so-called stress crack in the car window. No guarantee can be given.

If, for example, damage to the rebounding, A-pillar (s) and/or roof moisture has come to the electronics, Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners do not accept any liability for the improper operation of the electronics. If you do have a (former) damage car and still have a new car window fitted, then this is entirely at your own risk.

ARTICLE 7 - AUTO GLASS REPLACEMENT IN CASE OF RAINFALL OR SNOW

If the auto glass replacement takes place at your location, the mechanic and the car should be dry in case of precipitation to ensure the quality of the car replacement. If there is moisture between the sealant or adhesive and the car window and/or spacer, the sealant or adhesive may not adhere optimally, causing leakage. If you do not have a dry workstation (nearby) at your disposal during precipitation, such as a parking garage, carport, viaduct, bridge or any other form of canopy, the car window cannot be replaced. In this case, a new appointment will be made to replace your car window. Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners cannot accept liability for any (financial) damage if the car replacement cannot take place as a result of precipitation.

ARTICLE 8 - METALLIC FATIGUE AND CORROSION

Despite the fact that Autoglas Concurrent's collaborating partners exercise all due care when disassembling and assembling your car window, it is rare that metal fatigue or serious rust formation may cause parts of your vehicle, such as a windscreen wiper arm, nuts or bolts, to break down. Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners cannot be held liable for this. In case of rust in the groove, the sealant or adhesive cannot (good) adhere, therefore no guarantee can be given for any leakage in case of rust in the groove.

ARTICLE 9 - DAMAGE CAUSED BY KIT TO ROOF SKYLIGHT OR SHAFT PILLAR (S)

If your car window has already been replaced, there is a risk that the previous car window damage company may not have applied the kit or glue correctly and/or straight so that it may also have adhered to the roof skylight or the A-pillar (s) on the inside of your car, instead of simply attaching it to the groove of your car. When disassembling your car window, the old kit or glue must be cut through, also at the place where the old kit or glue has started to adhere to the roof skylight and/or the A-pillar (s). If any damage to the roof skylight and/or the A-pillar (s) occurs in the place where it has been attached to the kit or glue, Autoglas Concurrent and its collaborating partners are not liable for this.

ARTICLE 10 - RETURNS

Auto glass can be returned under the following conditions:
  1. The auto glass is completely undamaged.
  2. No primer or kit is applied.
  3. The auto glass is clean.
  4. The product labels on the auto glass must not have been removed.
  5. Mouldings, frames and/or clips cannot be returned.
  6. The costs of returning the goods are entirely for the customer's account.
  7. The processing costs of the 15% return are deducted from the purchase price to be credited.
  8. A return must be presented to the address of our partner who supplied the auto glass.
  9. Returns will not be collected, unless expressly agreed.
  10. The customer is fully liable for any damage during the return.
